  I highly recommend Crystal Clear Collision. I've been using them for 20+ years to do all my repair work on my cars. Twenty years ago they repaired my first car, a Porsche 1991 911 C2, when I was living across the street from their shop. Since then I moved to New York City and will only trust Crystal with all my needed repair work. They’ve repaired my Audi A4s and Porsches (Cayenne and Macan). I will always make the trip up for Crystal to do any repair work I need! They are responsive, efficient and flexible to work with.

  I had the mishap of hitting a deer , tb honest it didn't look like much damage! Let's be real, a smashed headlight , off centered hood , a fender buckled & a wavy bumper is not the look for my beautiful silver Audi A6. Crystal Clear was recommended to me, Chris greeted us as we were BFs & treated us thru the whole process with such care. Allstate Ins told me they would do an excellent job.   My first experience with Crystal Collision. My AMG returned in "like new" condition. Small marks in the black ash wood on the dashboard so I called and returned the following day and Ted personally
  worked on the marks and perfectly remedied the small imperfection.
  Never had such an quality repair on any of my cars over the years.

  I have been an extremely satisified client for over 20 years and always do my best to drive safely but recently had faulty iron gates close on my car causing damage. Ted, Crystal and staff as per
  usual went out of their way to work with my insurance company and get the car repaired. My insurance company did not give them or me an easy time partly because I unkowingly reported less damage than
  what was there. Next time I will go straight to Crystal Clear and have the adjustor see the car there. Ted and staff have trained eyes and can see damage that is not visible but very problematic. Not
  only did they repair the car for the damage agreed upon but included extra repair and polishing and actually far exceeded all my expectations. Also Ted, Crystal,Neal,and Kathy were all extremely kind
  and patient. They dealt with the rental car company and gave me a lift to pick up the rental when the rental car had no one available to do that. By the way that rental company advertises itself as
  the company "that picks you up". The only ones who picked me up and out of a really tough situation were Ted and Crystal and staff. They have been and remain dependable, honest, very hardworking and
  brilliant at what they do. Btw, car looks brand new!
